
About Us
Hey there! I’m Sadie, yoga guide, surfer, fisher, ocean lifeguard and lifelong student of the natural world. I created Solaí Collective as a space to share my love for yoga and its teachings, with the intention of inspiring a sense of inner freedom and grounded fluidity in every person I have the privilege to work with.
My life has always been shaped by movement and water. Growing up on the coast of Maine, I learned the rhythms of the ocean while fishing with my dad, and later found surfing as a way to stay deeply connected to that same energy. As an athlete, I’ve always been drawn to movement as both expression and discipline, something that continues to shape the way I teach and practice today.
I discovered yoga at a young age, and it has become an anchor in my life, a practice that helps me find freedom in my body, quiet my mind, and reconnect with my soul. In 2024, I traveled to Bali to complete my 200-hour YTT, where I had the opportunity of learning from teachers from around the world. Since then, I’ve fallen deeply in love with teaching and am working toward making it my full-time path.
Through Solaí collective I offer retreats, classes, and soon private online sessions. Through my teachings I hope to inspire others to find more peace and freedom in body and mind. My goal is to create a community built on a connection to breath, movement and self. I believe that freedom isn’t something we find far away; it’s something we create each day through awareness, discipline, and the willingness to slow down. I hope to inspire a lifestyle that feels wild, peaceful, and deeply human.
